Just built my new PC with a Ryzen 1500x and it booted into bios. Seemed like everything was running fine! So I was looking in the bios and my set of 3000 DDR4 ram was only clocking at 2133 so I set it to the XM thing that was the second setting which was to 3000 which it should clock at. Ever since then if hasn't booted and after a few seconds of being on will start restarting itself over and over again. Any help thanks guys.

Good find in the manual. If it's telling you to not unplug it, follow those instructions. And yes, it sounds like your mobo or cpu don't like running that ram at 3000 Mhz. Ryzen is very finicky with ram speeds. When you reset your bios that'll put the ram speed back to default mobo settings, and it'll boot up.
What make/model is your motherboard? Some mobos have a physical button, but most have two pins you'll need to identify (your manual will show you where they are). Once you find them, you unplug your PC and use a screwdriver to touch both pins at the same time and 'short' the pins. This will reset everything back to default settings.

I have a B350 PC mate. I also just read in the manual not to unplug it but I see where it is at now. Would this also be the reason for it turning on and off?
