New PC (Need cheaper parts)

So im building my new PC soon and i've figured out what parts im getting but i need some cheaper options such as different motherboard, case, cpu cooler etc...
Here's what i've put together:

i5-3570K (Will overclock to around 4Ghz)
MSI Z77 MPower Motherboard
Sapphire HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 (Might crossfire)
GSkill Ripjaws Z Series 1600 16GB Memory Kit
Corsair CX750
Samsung 22x SATA DVD Writer
Seagate 1TB Hard Drive
Cooler Master HAF X XL ATX Case
Corsair H60
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit

Is there anything i could downgrade and still get that performance?
(PC is for music production and gaming)

Have you considered air?

That's the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. We just put one on an AMD system for someone, the processor had died. Put the same type of chip with artic silver and one of those, about a 20 degree temp drop at idle.
