BitFenix Prodigy M MATX Cube Case + 120mm Corsair fan
AMD A10-7870K 4-core 3.9 GHz (Max Boost Clock 4.1GHz)
ARCTIC Alpine 64 Pro CPU fan
Asus A88XM-PLUS Motherboard

Sapphire AMD RX 480 OC Nitro 8 GB GDDR5 dual fan
Corsair CS750M ATX Semi Modular 80 Plus Gold 750W Power Supply

Solution
I think Supahos is correct with their take on the initial PC you mentioned; it will do the job. If it has storage parity, i.e. has an SSD, even better.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. It's not going to be used for gaming, it's for work...I have a macbook but it only supports up to 2 additional monitors...and i'm going to need 4 monitors to work with. would you recommend purchasing this for £450 or can you recommend something else?

These are all used systems, am starting up a business and and need to keep costs at a minimum :/

I have been told by the seller that these 3 computers support 4 monitors...is that correct...and out of the 4 which should I go for?

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6 Core 3.5ghz processor. Will handle any game with ease.

CPU COOLER: The highly rated Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212 CPU Cooler. Keeps cpu running cool even when cpu is stressed.

Asus motherboard

Graphics: Asus GTX 770. Predecessor to the GTX 970 and can handle most games at medium to high settings

RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz RAM

1TB HDD 7200RPM

Corsair VS550 550W PSU

OR

CPU: i5-2500k quad core Intel processor 3.3ghz and 3.7ghz turbo. Can play all modern games without issue. As it's a K processor it can be easily overclocked and it is water-cooled so won't heat up when overclocking.

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68 Chipset motherboard. Best motherboard for this processor as it's got excellent overclocking capabilities.

RAM: Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ RAM

SSD: 128GB Samsung Evo 850. Best and fastest SSDs on the market

HDD: 500GB Western Digital HDD 7200 RPM

PSU: 950W Power Supply. Enough power for everything

OR

GPU: GTX 970 GIGABYTE G1 GAMING. 4GB DDR5. Similar performance to a GTX 1060 and will play any modern game at 1080p on high settings.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V motherboard. Z77 chipset has the most to offer when it comes to customisation and overclocking options. Best chipset available for this processor.

RAM: 8GB DDR3 1866MHZ G-SKILLZ Ripjaws ram. Fast ram and plenty of it for any game

SSD: Brand new 240GB SSD. Patriot Burst with DRAM cache. Unlike the cheaper ones this has a dram cache for even faster speed.

All used systems, I'm sorry that i'm not educated enough in this field to understand you.

Ok, great! What are your thoughts on the other three listed? Thanks

All the later three are significantly more powerful than the one you started with at the top.

But unless you're comfortable with PC maintenance, I would probably discard the i5-2500k build from consideration due to the water cooling aspect.

The i5-3570k is most powerful, but the question is does your software require that sort of power?

All I require software wise is Microsoft office and Internet, the issue i'm having is finding something not crazy expensive that supports 4 monitors as I need 1 screen to show news, 1 for excel, 2 for internet.
