New pc not booting up windows

just got a new custom pc from ibuypower came pre installed with windows 7. however it refuses to boot it up. Ive tried booting it every possible way and checked for loose components and was on with tech support for 30 min. They dont know what to do and neither do I, thought I'd ask you guys before I go shipping it back

Does anything come on? LEDs, fans, etc.? What are the specs (or webpage showing the system)?

What exacly happens when you press power button? Does it post?

wile you were with therte support you should have requested the rma slip before its too late..

yeh I got an rma slip. but yes basically it powers on and tries to boot then says it cant identify the boot files and exits back to the bios.
and It does that with every drive I have. and re installing 7 dosnt work either.

Send it back. Spending any more than 30 minutes is too long.
