Hey guys, I have a really weird issue I am currently building my second pc and I decided to take out some parts from my old pc. The items that I took was the cpu, which is a i7-4790K, I also took out some ram not all of it, and finally I took out my old hard drive and replaced it with a new one. So the pc has all the components to work properly so when I was done re-building the pc I turned it on and the fans were spinning and lights went on, however nothing appeared on my monitor and I never heard a beep from my computer. Also, I also was trying to install a windows 8 OS (got windows 8 by accident hoping to be able to get the free upgrade to 10). and I don't know how to install it if someone can link a video or something.
