Hello! I've been working for past few months so I can upgrade my PC and I've finally managed to do so. But I have a problem and here are my components

Ryzen5 1600x
Asus Prime B350-PLUS AM4
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 3000Mhz
RHOMBUTECH® 700 Watt
Arctic Freezer 33
Some 240 GB Hard Disk
AMD R9 380 4GB

OK so here is the problem. When I try to start booting computer, there is no picture. I tried running with other GPU and it started booting normally. Now that would mean that my GPU is dead, but here is what bothers me. I tried running my GPU on other PC and it worked just normally. So that confuses me ALOT. I also tried using my TV as monitor but the same thing happens.
I really hope someone can help me, because I don't have money to buy a new gpu , I'd have to work another month or so. And I think I have a bad luck and even if i bought a new gpu it wouldn,t work.(if thats the case than nothing will work and I'd have to quit doing the only thing I like to do). I'm 16 btw. Thanks again!

Solution
First thing I wold do is replace the power supply with a good model. I don't see any reliable reviews on that brand. Corsair CXM are pretty good and should be available in most markets.

I would never buy or tell someone to buy a $15, or even a $30 power supply for a system with any type of gaming class CPU or video card. About $50 is where the decent models start to pop up.
