New pc not booting

So i build my new pc today and its not booting.... fans turn on but no display. Went over all the connections and they are all plugged in correctly.
Bios version is correct and is AMD 5000 ready.
What can be the problem?

Specs
Ryzen 5 5600
Asrock b550m-itx/ac
Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz 16gb
Powercolor radeon 6650xt
Gigabyte B700H

This motherboard?

[Do verify that I found the applicable User Manual.]

First refer to the User Manual to double check that all installed components are indeed supported. Visit Asrock's website to confirm and look for updated information. Details matter.

Second, noted that all connections are "plugged in correctly". Also check them again as well as all cards and jumpers. No one wants to force anything on a new build so what may seem correctly in place and secure is not. Carefully unplug and re-plug each connection a few times to ensure and achieve a smooth fit and connection. Check all LED's for status.

Third, confirm that all configuration options are correct. Read the fine print and pay attention to details. Start with a basic configuration: objective being to just achieve a successful boot with some minimal hardware, software, and configuration set up.

And be sure to also to read and review the applicable User Guides/Manuals for all installed components. There may be some error of omission or commission that may fix things once it is discovered. E.g., front panel connections....

Take your time, keep notes. Anything that you are not sure about then research accordingly but do not immediately react to some "solution" you find on the internet.

It is indeed that motherboard and the same manual.

I unplugged and plugged in all connect multiple times and they have a smooth fit. The only led in the build are the ones on the gpu and they light up as normal.

From what i found all components are supported by the mobo.

I checked the ram and its fine aswell.

I caried the psu over from anorher pc (that had a mobo fail), could it be that the psu is dead but stil powers everything that uses 5v?

Yes. The PSU could indeed be the culprit....

PSU's provide three different voltages (3, 5, and 12) to various system components. Any voltage being absent or out of tolerance will cause problems.

Do you have a multi-meter and know how to use it? Or know someone who does?

FYI:

If no multi-meter then try to borrow a known working PSU with the necessary wattage to support your new build. If a modular PSU remember do not mix and match in modular cables from other PSUs.

And if a new PSU is needed then start with the following link:

Hi, and sorry to do this stupid question, are you sure the display (monitor) is plugged into the Radeon 6650XT, and not into the motherboard port?

Have you check with a different video cable?

Did you tried with only 1 stick of RAM?

Yes the cable is plugged into the gpu tried multiple cabels borh display and hdmi nothing...
If tried with one ram stick and it doesnt change anything

OK, out of curiosity, How do you know BIOS version is correct for the R5 5600 ?, Were you able to check the BIOS version with a different CPU?

According to Asrock cpu support page, you need the BIOS version P1.90

AM4 Ryzen 5 5600(100-000000927) 65W Vermeer 3.5GHz 3MB P1.90 (https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B550M-ITXac/index.asp#CPU)
