Question New pc not displaying

Hey there all, I just finished building my pc (specs below). I have run into the problem of the pc itself not displaying anything on my monitor. I know that the monitor has nothing wrong with it and the cable I'm using has no problems. The fans work and the rgb does as well. Does anyone know how I can fix the problem?

I5 10400f processor
Xpg 16gb ram
Strix Rx 570 4gb oc
Asus tuf 460m plus wifi
500w power

Have you double-checked the RAM sticks are pushed all the way down in their slots, at both ends?
