I just built my first PC and got it up and running. Windows was doing a update and the monitor, mouse, and keyboard was off when I came back to check on it. The computer would not post anymore when I turn the PC on. Everything lights up and powers on but I have no power to mouse or keyboard and no display on monitor. I was getting a errors code of 71, 7F, 18. I was then told I had a bad motherboard. I replaced it, but it was still doing the same exact thing. I was then told it was a bad CPU. I replaced the CPU and now I still have no power to mouse or keyboard and still no display to monitor, but my codes are different. The error codes now are 23 and sometimes A3, also my DRAMM LED light in on on the motherboard.

I have already tried moving my ram into different spots and only using 2 and 1 ram sticks. I have also tried removing my GPU and using just the Video on the CPU. I have cleared CMOS. I also removed the battery on the MOBO.

Here is my build:

Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated!

Solution
Do a baseline install again with just motherboard, CPU, RAM x 1 stick, GPU and SSD. Make sure you have connected the CPU power cables to the top left of the motherboard and the GPU power cables. Of course check all the other cables especially the front panel connectors for the power switch on the case.

Try booting to the BIOS...So as soon as you start, hit escape...many times.
