[SOLVED] New PC not working, need help!

I just built a ryzen 5 3400g pc, when turn on, it only emmits a buzzing(quiet) sound with no output on the monitor, reset button doesnt work so what could it be?

What motherboard are you using?

Unless its a x570 I doubt it will work with your CPU out of the box. I am currently going through that with my girlfriends build. I am waiting for AMD to get back to me for a loaner APU that I can mount the her b450 so I can get the bios updated, and then install the 3400g.
