I just got a new pc. When I turned it on there was no signal on monitor. I realised that when I turn it on, the gpu fans stop spinning but the lights on gpu are still on. My specs are: G4560, msi b250m pro-vd, msi gtx 1050 ti, 1x8gb crucial 2400mhz ram and toshiba p300 1tb hdd.

Solution
The GPU fans are supposed to stop spinning, they will only spin initially on startup and when the gpu reaches a certain temp usually 60c or so. Lets start with the most simple solution. Are you plugging your display cable into the back of the gpu and not the motherboard?

If you are then it looks like your system is failing to POST. I would go through this checklist below thoroughly, it goes through many things that could cause a computer to fail POST.
