[SOLVED] New PC old boot drive incorrect

So Ive built a new pc and added my SSD and hard drive. The SSD is the c: and has everything on it but it still says that the hard drive is the boot drive even though its empty. Will this effect me in anyway apart from boot times? Also I was recommended that i reset the pc do I do it from settings or do i need too use a usb and do it that way.

I don't know the story her, but a good practice when installing OS over again is to ensure that only the drive where OS installed is the only drive connected. After OS is installed, you can add another drive.

^ Agreed. I would do a clean install with only the SSD attached. Then attach the HDD after the install.

Not "reset from settings". but rather a full wipe and reinstall.
