New PC on its knees

Hi there , I just got a new pc (i5 4460 nvidia`gtx 960) and heres what happens,lets say i watch a video on twitch or youtube or play a game,everythings smooth until I leave PC alone(no keystrokes/mouseclicks)for around 5 minutes , then it laggs/stutters to a crawl up until I move the mouse or press a key , then its all is fine again I dont know what is it that its causing it if you guys have any ideas please share (I found temporary software solution called Autokeypresser lol... )

Brand new or new to you (those are couple year old parts)? Would go to mobo vendor site and ensure u have latest drivers. If that doesn't help, and this is a second hand PC, might look at reinstalling the OS from scratch. One other thing might be checking pawer settings to make sure it's at least set to balanced - if already balanced change to Performance and see if it helps.

Could be worth reinstalling Adobe Flash Player, or maybe trying a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
