New pc or upgrade

My budget is around 1182,03$, but don't take it in as a factor to much.

My specs are:

intel core i5-4690k 3.5ghz
8GB DDR3-1600 RAM
Nvidia GTX 760 2GB

So should i buy a new one or upgrade this one

And i wanted to upgrade or buy a new one, because i wanted to play dayz standalone smoothly. But that can also have something to do with the way i have set everything up. (any tips on this much appreciated).
