new PC parts problem

So i upgraded my motherboard CPU and RAM.... when i load my pc everything is fine on the desktop but when i go to run a game the game itself is unplayable... slow unresponsive and looks like i have 0 frames... any ideas?

I know this may sound stupid but try the simple stuff first, make sure your using you gpu (if you have one) check in the bios etc. Check that your pluged into your card. If useing integrated you may have downgraded
