Hi TheSlickOstrich :) You will need to provide more information.

Did you install the drivers for your USB keyboard and mouse.?
Have you tried switching USB ports.?
Do you have the latest Bios for better support with some USB devices.?
Check you Bios configuration for compatibility support and USB settings.
Are all cable and connections to USB ports working correctly.?

It's a new mobo. I started it up. But no power came to the keyboard and mouse. And no display. I can't even see anything let a lol hit delete to get to BIOS. I have not yet put in the disk that came with the mobo yet however. Do you think that is the problem?

Does your MB beep during post cycle.? Try clearing CMOS.
You should be able to access Bios by continually hitting the DEL key off and on during post.
Do you have a PS2 keyboard and mouse to try.?

Yes your MB installation disk will contain necessary divers for chipset and other things.

I have tried all of that. But I can see absolutely nothing. I can't get to bios because I can't see anything or hit the buttons for that in order to even get there. Needless to say I haven't installed drivers because I can't even get to the BIOS
