i just got a new pc with these following specs

MB: Asrock Fatal1ty H97 Performance
CPU: i5- 4460
GRAPHICS: Inno3D Geforce GTX 970
MEMORY: 2x DDR3 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws
STORAGE: SSD Adata 128 SP920
: WDC 3.5" 1TB SATA3 64MB - Caviar Blue
PSU: In Win GreenMe 650W 80+ Bronze
Casing: Bitfenix Shadow

I am a hardcore gamer (8-12Hrs in a day) and in order to not damage my system;
1. Would i need extra coolers like cpu coolers, thermal paste etc
2. My graphic card is the standard version, no extra cooling such as windforce, twin frozr etc, do i also need extra cooler for the graphic card?
3. Does my processor bottleneck my graphic card

Thank you very much

Solution
1. The stock cooler is fine for that CPU, and you don't seem to want to be overclocking anyways (or able to because it's not the K-series). The only reason that you would get an aftermarket cooler would be to reduce the noise level and ambient temperatures of your CPU (nice, but not necessary).
2. No, you do not need extra cooling. The GTX 970 runs very cool.
3. No.
