New PC, Random Stutters + Failure to boot

So I built my new PC last week and since have been getting random stutters a couple of times a day that are about 1 second long, they aren't frequent enough to have annoyed me but when I started my PC today, it failed to post randomly for the first time, however it booted with a restart, I don't know if the issues are related but I would now like to get it fixed, I'm not overly confident I have all of the needed drivers but have no idea how to check if I need any others.

Download and install drivers from motherboard support page. Start with chipset drivers.
