New PC, Reinstall OS or not?

Hey people, I just finished building my new PC, my first build ever, I am super excited to turn it on! I just need to install the CPU cooler and I am done. I will use the same SSD and HDDs I have, so I am wondering, should I reinstall Windows 7 or not? I was thinking of removing the GPU driver and maybe the sound driver aswell and just turn it on but I don't know. What would you recommend? I have a lot of applications and games and I really don't want to reinstall everything.

It's always better to clean install the OS, especially if you're upgrading, put all your files on another HDD and do a full format of your OS drive before installing windows.

Reinstall completely. It will spare you a lot of potential headache later on.
