Hi, Yesterday I built a new pc, today testing it I got stuck with a problem, the pc restarts under high gpu load, all the parts are new except the PSU.

All started playing Far Cry 5 all was fine for about 30min and sudently i just restarted, no black screen, nothing, It just restarted, I thought it was just a casual crash but it happened again at the same conditions. Then I started testing what could be wrong, All works fine if I stress test with FurMark, with 3dmark is a lottery, some times it passes the benchmarks and some times my pc restarts (free version), and the last test I did was with occtp with the power supply tester witch made my pc restart in a consistent form. Checking the voltages all look fine to me so I don't know what the problem could be apart of the PSU not deliverying enough power because It is a bit old.

Specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz

Video Card Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC

RAM G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit

Motherboard: Asus Prime z370-a

SDD: Crucial mx500 500gb

PSU: Nox urano 750w

What i've tried:

1.- Checking temps, cpu does not cross 55Cº and gpu 70Cº.
2.- Checking voltages, all are right.
3.- Updating bios.
4.- Changing PCI-E PSU power cable (if that does something).

EDIT1: Forgot PSU.

Solution
Restarting at load tends to be either temperature or power supply and given that the temperatures are fine, the power supply is the next suspect. Especially since the Nox power supplies aren't very good; their builds are notorious among hobbyists in Spain and Portugal for taking inexpensive, middling budget platforms, using very cheap capacitors, and then slapping an extra 200W on the claimed output.

With all those high-quality parts, it makes sense to get a better power supply anyway. That you have an unknown problem that may very well be the power supply makes it an even better idea. If you still have a problem afterwards, you've eliminated the PSU as the problem and given yourself a better one.

okay, I'll buy a new PSU then and see what happens, any suggestions? I'm looking the Corsair RM750x White (yeah, white because my whole pc is white :p), is it any good? other sugestions?

The strange part is that my old pc drains more power than the new one, I was runnning a fx 8320 and a r9 270x and never got an issue.
