New pc restarts over and over after installing new parts

Hi, I've recently installed a new cpu motherboard and ram
New parts: Intel g4560(stock cooler, pre applied paste)
4 GB patriot 2133 hz
H110m-dgs r3.0
Original parts:AMD a8-7600
Gigabyte ga-f2a58m hd2
6 GB ram
No name 500w power supply
My problem is that my pc restarts after a minute or so after booting up, even when I am in bios my pc restarts
I read online that the my cpu or power supply might cause the problem. I checked and my cpu voltage was 0.935 and 47-50 degrees C on idle,while my cooler was doing 2100 rpm. I also reinstalled windows 10 after replacing older parts.

Windows would be irrelevant for right now since it's restarting even while sitting in the bios, the SSD or HDD wouldn't even come into play yet.
