Hello new to this but will try my best.
Have built a new PC, details below. When running games ALL set to Low, I am only getting the following FPS.
Fortnite 30 FPS, expect approx 80 FPS
Rainbow Seige 15 FPS, expect approx 60 FPS
CS Go 30 FPS, expect approx 70 FPS
Latest Graphics drivers installed. Has only been up and running for 5 days after having a fresh instal of Win 10 64 bit.

Any help on solving this frustrating problem would be greatly appreciated
UPDATE (06.02.19) Uninstalled all Nvidia software and drivers, rebooted and installed latest drivers, still same. Have run a clean boot and removed Anti virus program. When opening Fortnite, FPS shows green at 59%, as soon as game opens up and I go into lobby, FPS goes RED and drops to 27%. HELP
