New pc slow

New pc is really slow and it keeps going to sleep mode for a few seconds.
I've fresh installed windows 10 and changed the power settings but the problems still are present
Temps are fine

if it a new build is the mb bios up to date and have you installed the newest ryzen chipset drivers from amd web page???
