New PC started up once and wont start anymore.

I just built a pc, and turned it on to test it. It worked fine. I tried turning it on again, and now it doesnt work. What should I do?

what was the parts used for the build and what is it doing now???

EVGA 450 watt PSU, gigabyte h110 mini itx mobo, gtx 1050ti, Intel i5 7500.

It isn't doing anything now, fans won't even spin up.
