[SOLVED] New PC stuck in BIOS loop

I just finished building my PC, with specs which I will list at the end of this post. It runs just fine, every part is working as it should, but every time I boot it takes me straight to BIOS. It sees my HDD and SSD, and ive already loaded Optimized Defaults. My only new parts are the CPU, RAM, Case, and MB, meaning that I already have windows 10 installed on my HDD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

was it working before or are you try to use windows 10 that was install on another system?

the HDD has Windows 10 already installed on it, it was in my previous PC.

thanks, I basically just downloaded the ISO off another machine, plugged it in, deleted my SSD partition so the SSD was fresh, and installed it there. Totally saved me hours worth of headache!
