[SOLVED] New Pc that doesn't post

I have built a new pc and here are the specs
CPU: i5 8400
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B360g
GPU: Zotac 1070TI extreme amp
Ram: Corsair vengeance 1 Stick 8
PSU: 550W G3 EVGA
CASE NEXT H500
1tb HDD an 128 ssd
I have tried everything resetting my bios changing my ram slot check my gpu is seated and my cpu my tv is working fine a tried it with my ps4 and my HDMI cable is connected to the gpu and i tried unplugging my gpu and using HDMI on my MOTHERBOARD but nothing worked.

Try with a monitor. After installing Windows and graphics driver, you can use the tv.
