[SOLVED] New Pc that doesn't post

I have built my first pc and here are the specs.
CPU: i5-8400
Motherboard: Asus Tho Strix b360g
GPU: Zotac 1070TI Extreme Amp
Ram: Corsair vengeance 1 Stick 8gb
PSU: Evga 550W G3
Case: NEXT H500
HDD and SDD.
please help guys I've tried everything resetting my bios changing my ram slot check my gpu is seated and my cpu my tv is working fine a tried it with my ps4 and my HDMI cable is connected to my gpu.

Remove the GPU and try using the integrated graphics via the motherboard.

remove gpu and everything except cpu/ram etc.
unplug hdd/ssd and all case cables going to board as well.
short the 2 power pins on the board (where the case switch is plugged in) and see if it boots.
if not, might be a short case/board etc, or broken (sometime incompatible) psu.
at least it was anytime i had that problem. when working on a pc in the past 15y.
