[SOLVED] New PC turns on but no display, no post, no beep, CPU light is on

Hopefully someone has some insight.

Motherboard has a CPU light that is solid red when I power on the PC. There is no display, keyboard/mouse do not turn on. I tried using another new motherboard, with the same results.

Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX AM4 ATX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
VGU: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
PSU: Corsair CX Series™ CX550M — 550 Watt
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Check for any bent pins on cpu.
Check for Motherboard and GPU Pin power is fully connected
Would be good to test with another cpu though if you could find one.
