Question New PC, unknown issue

Recently purchased a pc specs are
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core 3.7GHz,
GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR
PSU is 650w 80 plus gold
B550 Motherboard(Asus)
16gb ram
1tb nvme ssd

intially wasn’t having much issue with my pc
But after awhile I noticed that the sound was staticky, and began to get worse. And my pc would never boot up after pressing power button but only after pressing the reset button after

My pc currently has an issue of not booting into windows on start. I press the power button and everything turns on
All lights and fans turn on . But no image on display. I used display port and HDMI same issue and when I plug into friends pc they work fine so confirmed that’s not an issue.

if I wait a bit and press the reset button on the front of case the pc will boot into windows as normal. All my drivers up to date setting in bios also confirmed to start on windows boot up. Bios up to date.

Wondering if it has something to do with power in my pc, I was playing Fortnite and my pc crashed and restarted and entered bios, at that point I updated bios via ez flash, but I still have an audio issue cutting in and out and my pc still not starting up until pressing the reset button after a bit.
i scanned for viruses and also checked task manager to see if anything is in the background and saw nothing using my gpu or cpu to cause my pc to crash or not w.


Hdlr;
Reseated ram sticks
Reseated Gpu
Reseated CMOS battery
Updated bios, audio drivers, chipset drivers windows up to date

try turning fast startup off and see if that helps = https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

if that fixes it, it means cause is likely an old driver. You don't need Fast startup since you have an nvme, it really only helps people booting off a HDD. nvme fast enough.

Which Asus B550?

try updating the chipset drivers, you don't need RAID or Stormi - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b550

recommended wattage for your cpu +gpu is 750/850watts so you might have issues running off a 650watt. What make/model is PSU?
