New PC Upgrade

Hello there,
I'm looking to upgrade my PC from a Phenom II X4 B55 (cooler master 212 Evo) DDR3 system. I already own a HDD, PSU (500 watts) and a GPU (1050Ti Asus)

I was considering getting a Ryzen system since it is cheaper but im not sure about what processor or motherboard I should get I mostly play online games (dota 2 csgo pubg) and some RPG games here and there. Budget is around $500 or Rs 35,000
