Hi.

Here are the parts I'm considering for a "Video & image editing - NO games!" PC:

Any problems between any of these parts?

Will there be enough room for the Noctua cooler?

Thanks for any constructive advice and recommendations.

What video card you use would depend on your software and what you budget is. I would go with the processor that you have picked then get the fastest video card that your budget will stand. Look into what software you are going to be using and see if it uses cuda or OpenGL. If it uses cuda then use the nvidia or if it uses OpenGL then get amd.
i would see in two weeks what the newer 1151 skylake i7 are. if there the same price then i would go with a skylake in 1151. then use the saving for a better gpu. if not then look into the server cpu for the 1150 mb and a good video card and power supply.

No problems that I see with this build. For editing that's about as fast as you can get without going up to the Xeon. The only thing you may want to look at changing is the 750, most editing programs are able to utilize the video cards abilities to speed along the process. You may also want to look at storage considering you only have a 256gb ssd listed. That will fill up fast. You will definitely need more storage since you are going to be doing editing work with this build.

Any suggestions as to what I can consider to replace the GTX 750?

Don't new CPU's usually command a hefty price premium?
The i7-5820K is a 6-Core; wouldn't this give me what I want?
