[SOLVED] New PC Will Not Post, DRAM Light

Hello,

I just put together a new build, and I cannot get it to POST. It powers on, fans all work. But it shows the CPU light quick, then the RAM light. It switches between the two for a few times and then just hangs on the DRAM light before powering off. I have tried setting the RAM in both B1-A1 and B2-A2

MotherBoard - Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
CPU - i5 9400f
RAM - G.Skill DDR4 2666 Trident Z RGB
PSU - Thermaltake 850 Watt Toughpower Grand
GPU - MSI Geforce 1660 GTX

depend on the bios version, it might need an update to use 9400f
