I have recently just built my new PC, though when I power it on only the LED's and fans seem to be doing anything as my monitor can never pick up a signal (have tried both HDMI and DVI) from my graphics card.
I do not believe that the problem lies with my graphics card as I tried using my old one from my current PC in place of it which I know for a fact is in working order, but nothing. Have tried using different cables, reset CMOS, switching RAM slots, reseating the CPU... I have also tried troubleshooting with EVERY step in this guide http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems but still nothing!
I do notice that one of the Case power button LED's flicker, which I have seen may be something to do with the mobo shorting?? It is my first time solo building but I am pretty sure that I have seated the mobo correctly with standoffs as well as screws and do not see any loose metal objects on the board (usually culprits for shorting).
Any ideas would be really appreciated!
Thanks!

My build
i7 6800k
Corsair H100i cooling unit
MSI x99a SLI Plus
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Premium 8gb
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8gb 3200MHz
Corsair RM1000i PSU
Corsair Obsidian 750d

Apologies, hopefully this is better, 24 pin is really stuck in there so don't really want to pull too hard to get it out otherwise there could be some damage.

Oops, took that one out accidentally for the photos. But no luck even still. Same problem seems to be that I just cannot get a video signal. Power seems to be running through the important parts, but for whatever reason it refuses to give a video signal.

Began bread-boarding today, this is how it looks as of now

Ran into the same problems with the board out of the case. Tried a single RAM module, once again the CPU fans and LED's were working but no video signal. Tried both RAM modules, and same again. Tried both HDMI and DVI to no avail.

No single 4 digits after B, though I've just put a picture up with the serial label for you
