Question New PC Will Not Post

Howdy!

The components are as follows:

Evga 3080 ti FTW3
Ryzen 9 5900x
Asus Strix B550 F Gaming Motherboard
G. Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB DDR4 3200
Corsair RM 850x power supply

I've ripped the PC apart, trying to see why it won't boot

I've swapped out the memory with my current PC's memory, corsair vengeance 8 gb, and it still didn't boot. I tried testing each one in single channel instead of dual, but it still didn't boot

I've tried booting it with just the CPU motherboard and ram, still won't boot.

I've done a bios update using bios flashback, but it still won't boot.

I bought the same motherboard and CPU, did the bios update, and swapped out the ram and it still won't boot.

I've tried the Power supply from my current PC, corsair rm 750 x and that didn't do the trick.

I used the cables that came from that power supply, and even some custom ones I had and it still won't boot.

I really don't know what else to try aside from getting an older CPU and trying to see if that'll do the trick.

The only thing that happens, is I hear the power thing or whatever happens, and the lights on the motherboard light up but nothing else happens

I need help.

If that means removing that small battery for a little bit before trying again, yes

Updated to bios 3002 and ran the name changer to get this file name: RSB550FG.CAP

I also formatted the USB drive
