Question New PC will post but no video any help appreciated [SOLVED]

Hey guys I have searched the website and read a few posts similar to mine however I still can't seem to fix my problem, I worked through check-list over the past couple days bit to no avail. I bought a speaker to listen to the beep codes but I'm just getting the single short beep about 3-5 seconds after power on which I believe indicates a successful POST however I still have no video. I have tried switch to on baord video but the Ryzen 2700k has no built in Apu. I tried a video card from my old build which is an gtx 770 and still no video if I remove my video card I get a long beep and three shorts. I'm really just lost here and starting to get a little frustrated so any help at all would be great thanks ahead of time
My Build is as follows:
Mobo: Asus prime x470 pro
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700k
Ram: G.Skill Trident Z 2x16gb ddr4
GPU: rtx 2080 ti
PSU: EVGA supernova 850 G3
HDD: Samsung 860 Evo m.2 and barracuda 2 td

Problem solved breadboxed it, the only thing I changed was running two different pciE cables from my PSU to video card and that seemed to solve the problem
