URGENT PLS HELP, my windows keeps freezing randomly everyday since weeks ago, where it feels like my mouse has stopped time. I wasnt gaming, just browsing all the time /online classes.
Scenario:
  1. Could open running app, but those app are frozen/unresponsive (some can be closed)
  2. Nothing happens if i click restart/shutdown, not even on Alt-F4.
  3. Task manager is frozen, numbers and graphs arent moving.
  4. Weirdly, sometimes i could stil send a message on whatsapp although it doesnt show my text. Other times, app is complete frozen.
Conclusion: I could do nothing but force reboot. I dun feel gud doing this to my pc everyday :(

What i tried:
  1. Open event viewer, nothing special other than kernel critical cuz i force reboot.
  2. Updated bios and all drivers using Driver booster 8 and geforce experience without ddu (didnt use ddu cuz heard others doing it doesnt help)
  3. Ran cmd disk check no issues.
  4. Ran disk health check no issues.
  5. Ran WhoCrashed with complete dump files, nothing showed upon analyzing.
  6. Ran Radeon software adrenaline but showed error 182 ( inexistence of igpu in cpu lol)
  7. Went to Standard Sata ACHI Controller instance path at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_43EB&SUBSYS_10621B21&REV_00\4&5f22ecf&0&010A\Device Parameters\Interrupt Management\MessageSignaledInterruptProperties " to change the value of the MSISupported key from "1" to "0."
  8. Changed power plan to AMD performance
  9. Cry
Things i havent tried:
  1. Run MemTest86 (cuz i dunno how, and not sure it will help)
  2. Cry more
  3. Your upcoming suggestions! :D
Sus list:
  1. SSD driver issue?
  2. Bad psu?
  3. Bad ram?
*Thing is, its been running perfectly for 2months+

Experts out there! Please help me with this :'( , and i really appreciate your efforts !Thank you!!

This can cause problems.
Install drivers from your motherboard support page.

Yes - do that. Your symptoms could be caused by ram issues.

This can cause problems. Try with only single ram module.

BTW - if this is a new pc, did you perform clean install of windows?
or are you reusing windows from some old pc?

Hi ive done MemTest86, no problem at all. I dont think the problem lies on the memory this time. Its super frustrating as the problem repeats everyday at least twice.

Do you all think changing to windows 11 might be able to make things better?
Since i heard it has bug fixes.

Absolutely not. As they are changing a ton of elements from Windows 10, it's incredibly unstable right now when compared to 10. Just reinstall / reset Windows. Leave nothing behind.

Hi ! I've had the exact same issue on a similar build. Would just like to know if you've found a solution, since this thread went a bit silent ?
