Question New pc with a MSI 870 tomahawk mag wifi motherboard will not read Ethernet connection.

New pc with a MSI 870 mag wifi motherboard will not read Ethernet connection.

I have tried updating bios, I have tried installing new drivers but I get an error and setup doesn't go through.
The green led is on in the 5ghz ethernet port and the connection works fine on my old pc. Any help?
