Needed a new desktop & got help previously in this forum. Here are the specs of the PC I ended up purchasing -
i5 9400,
256 SSD
1 tb HDD,
16 gb RAM,
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 .
New Monitor - ASUS VA249 (on HDMI connection).
The PC was used for really short periods until the past few weeks (original setup & updates). It seemed fine but finally noticed some weird monitor issues since actual web browsing was done - blurry images & video (esp. video on twitter), blurry text on certain sites.
Tech. support said to adjust monitor settings & to make sure resolution was set to the native resolution.
Tried troubleshooting and the issues still keep happening.
Also, the monitor displayed/flashed a black screen on a few occasions. And the screen randomly freezes for approx. 2 seconds as well.
Was wondering if anyone had any advice. Was told that the monitor was not the issue & that the graphics card could be the problem (or display driver).
Does anyone have any experience with this graphics card or monitor?
