Question New PC with no disk availability?

i recently bought a new pc, and plugged in a hard drive from an old pc. However i cant access any of it and it uses up all the space. I would rather clear everything that i cant access and carry on with what i have now. any help appreciated

What do you mean "can't access any of it"?

Does the drive show up inside Disk Management? How about "This PC"?

You should be able to just format the drive to wipe it for reuse...

like it doesnt come up, when i click on my pc it shows the stuff i have now, then theres like 200gb of stuff i cant see
