New PC with stuttering in games

RAM: MEMORIA CRUCIAL BALLISTIX 8GB (1X8) 2400MHZ DDR4 BRANCO (1 pente)
HD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB 7200RPM SATA III CACHE 3.5
SSD: Kingston A400 120gb
Power Supply: Gamemax GM500 500W 80 Plus Bronze PFC Ativo

I have stuttering in games like 7 days to die, space engineers and Ark survival.
My temperatures and clocks are ok.
When the game stutters i dont see any alteration in clock and temperatures (Apparently). Looks like something is chocking the game.

A single stick of slow RAM stands out to me.

Supported memory for Ryzen 2600 is DDR4-2933MHz.

Power supply +12v line rating of 32 amps looks weak compared to Corsair VS 500 of 40 amps. Minimum specs for GTX 1060 is 500 watts.

Yeah you need another stick of RAM to take advantage of dual channel ddr and that cpu

it may be your monitor, make sure you havent been messing around with vsync either and keep in mind that ark is a very demanding game

How can i know if its my monitor or vsync?

Tested in another monitor. Keep stuttering....

Oddly, i just played Far Cry Primal (everything on high) and NO STUTTERING! Thats really strange.

I'm getting another stick of 4gb Ram. The same one but with 4gb. Is it going to be enough??
