[SOLVED] New PC won’t let me log in and has a blue windows lock screen, anybody have the same issue or have any advice to repair?

Just built this computer a couple days ago and last night after installing most of my games I turn off but head back to it later and the windows lock screen with the time is blue. It still has the time and allows me to enter the password but upon entering the password it will sit and load or sometimes after about 2-5 minutes it will take me to the desktop that doesn’t allow me to do anything. No applications are on the desktop and moving my cursor to the taskbar turns it into a loading wheel. All system recovery options failed to work. Any advice?

Should I wipe the drive then install or just insert usb and install? Also, installation media is about 6-8 months old, should I create a new usb?

yeah create a new installation media
during the install you can delete all the old partition.
