Question new pc won’t show display

My new computer has everything working, except when i turn it on it does a little reset for less than a second. Although i think this is because it’s trying to boot up since it’s brand new and haven’t been used. Nothing comes on my monitor? The HDMI is confirmed as working as well.

gigabyte rx 5700 xt
ryzen 7 3700x
750 watt GQ evga gold plus psu

How old is the PSU? What is the make and model of your monitor? Have you tried other display outputs to the GPU? You forgot to mention the make and model of your motherboard. Speaking of which, is it on the latest BIOS update?

The monitor is a samsung, and it’s 1080p 60hz. My mobo is the x570 aorus elite, and every part is new from a couple days ago shipped from amazon and newegg. I believe that the x570 came with the latest bios update. I’m trying a display port now.

Check you bios updates I thought mine was updated when I got it but I had a version that was from 4 months ago
