B450 Tomahawk MAX

It actually initially booted once, and I installed windows and did everything normally. Then the next day, I moved the 2 ram sticks over to DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 slots, and it won't boot anymore. I've tried taking out the CMOS battery for 10 min, and reseating the ram and GPU but nothing works. I also tried with one stick of RAM, and in a different slot too.
One more thing is the ez debug led blinks once on CPU when I turn on the PC. Fans spin, mobo lights up, peripherals dont work, nothing coming on screen.
