So as the title describes my new pc wont boot.
Specs: Asus H81M-k, i5-4460, 4GB RAM, 240 hdd, 450w psu
The story is the following: I tried to boot it up with only cpu mobo and ram before putting it into the case. When I turn it on cpu fan spins up but there is no signal even after 2 minutes.
I tried chaning ram slots, removing battery, and using discrete gpu. Though when I put the gpu and powered on the system the gpu fan wasn't spinning at all.. for no reason.
I really can't figure out the problem and I need your help!
