New PC won't display on moniter.

I have recently built a new pc but for some reason, everything is powered but there is no display on my tv. (yes im using a tv) I have tried using two HDMI cables and a VGA cable but still no result. I have also tried using a different tv but still to no avail. Please help.

For the first boot, you'd need a monitor. Try borrowing one. After installing Windows and the graphics driver, you should be able to use the tv.
What components using (board, processor, RAMs, graphics card, power supply)?

They should work. Test a monitor.

why would a monitor change anything

The tv might not support low resolutions, and the pc is waiting for a BIOS command.
