im building my buddy a computer with all new parts i got it all together and it just wont display a picture! i got it to work with my GPU a 1060 and got windows and geforce installed so the drivers were there but it still wouldn't work with the gigabyte 3060. So i had him send in for a new one but it still wont display a picture i have even update the bios to see if that was the problem but still no picture im almost at a lost at this point he is bringing it over and im going to check the bios and see if the pci port needs to have pcie 3.0, or maybe it needs a new HMDI cable im not sure ive plugged the new GPU into my build and it still wouldnt display
