New pc wont display

Hello, i just build my new pc execpt the power suply and it wont display anything on the monitor evryting spins except the gpu fans:

Specs
Cpu: i5 8600k
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6gb OC
Mb:Asus tuf z370 plus gaming
Ram: Ballistix ellite 16gb 2x8 3200
Psu: Corsair vs650

I just build it and connected everything like in the manual and some on the internet and i can say its done corectly i teste removing the ram stick and put them in diferent solts one at the time i should say the gpu fans dont spin but has a with little led bellow where i conncet the cables.( do i need to put in the mo cd that was in the box?) And sorry for my english

Did you connect power (6pin PCIe) from PSU to GPU ?
If you take GPU out, do you get signal to monitor from the MB ?
