So I just built a new PC for the first time and after getting everything hooked up I powered it on and everything seemed to be working fine. I turned off the computer but when I tried to turn it back on all the fans will spin but one for a couple seconds. An LED will even come on the front panel when the power switch is turned on. Please Help!

CPU: Intel core i7 6700k LGA1151
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M-A LGA1151
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80 Plus
CPU Fan: Hyper 212 EVO
No GPU

Everything worked fine until I turned it back off to switch the front panel cables around. They are all in the correct way but the PC will no longer fully boot up. All the fans will run including the power supply but it feels like something isn't getting enough power to catch. The power LED stays on when the power switch is on.

Some of the front panel cables weren't working properly because a couple were in the wrong place. Everything is in the correct place. I've even tried putting it back to the positions they were when it started but still nothing. Only the fans will spin then shut down.
