Question New PC wont install windows 10

So this was my first pc build and I put my new PC all together and had no significant problems until I attempted to download windows 10 and it would freeze everytime when it was installing and I dont know what to do.

Please Help

Z390 Asus ROG Strix MITX
i7 9700k
16 GB Trident Z RGB
Asus 240 ryuo
2080 FE
500GB SSD 2.5
500GB M.2 NVME
750 Platinum SFX
NZXT H200

update the BIOS using an USB flash drive with the downloaded and unzipped BIOS file on it. Use the menu EZ-FLASH in the BIOS to update it,

Also if I were to put the RAM in but there not fully pushed down correctly and I power on my system would it break my RAM
