new pc wont post on from onboard !

Ryzen 1400 ----asus prime b-350 plus m/b---corsair vengeance ddr4 8gb lpx 2400mhz----;---corsair vs 550w-----circle cc821 cabinet

i am not getting any display from onboard motherboard
But when i put gpu it works fine

Now i want to know does ryzen support on board display or not.or is there any problem?

Ryzen processors don't have Integrated Graphics cards.
